1. How soon will I receive my order?

When we receive your order and payment we will email you to tell you when your order will be dispatched. At the moment we are very busy and are currently deliverying all made to measure orders within 5 - 7 working days. If your order is urgent please call us on 01953 889215 and we may be able to dispatch it sooner.

2. How do I change/cancel my order?

If you ordered the wrong window size, you must contact Customer Service straight away on 01953 889215. They will normally be able to help you with alterations/cancellation as long as the product has not been dispatched.

3. What is Woodyatt Curtains returns policy?

We will unconditionally accept returns from customers as long as we receive them within 7 days and they are returned in a re-saleable condition. This only applies to items that are not made to measure or have been customised and altered. All standard products such as voile panels and ready made curtains can be returned and we will issue a full refund less postage and packaging

4. Can I wash/iron my net curtains?

You can hand wash them with warm water, do not use a washing machine. If you iron them we recommend you set the iron on a low heat and iron on the reverse, so you do not damage the material.

5. Can you put heading tape on net curtains?

Yes we can stitch heading tape along the top of the net curtains instead of having a standard slot. If you require this feature, please call a member of our team on the customer helpline 01953 889215.
